At an altitude of 2,320 metres, our confectioners work by hand and with selected local ingredients: Butter from Grindelwald, marigolds and cornflowers from the Bernese Oberland and sweet Swiss honey. This is how irresistible specialities are created in collaboration with our partner Lindt & Sprüngli: the unique Eigerspitzli, delicious slabs of chocolate and bars with praline filling and whole hazelnuts. The heavenly desserts on offer at our restaurants also begin life at the highest confectionery in Europe. You can tell that everything is handmade. After admiring the world-famous Eiger North Face up close during your excursion to the Jungfrau Region, you can then let this breathtaking sight melt in your mouth with an Eigerspitzli – a praline in the shape of the Eiger. In this small format, the wall of walls simply becomes a sweet treat.
